New flanged multi-point socket head bolts have been released to prevent the MBE 900 pilot bearing from walking out of the flywheel housing. The new bolts will replace two flywheel bolts, located 180 degrees from one another. Shut off engine and apply the parking brake, chock the wheels, disconnect vehicle battery power, and perform any other applicable safety steps. 2. Remove the transmission. 3. Remove clutch from flywheel. 4. Pull the crankshaft position sensor out of the flywheel housing about 8 mm (0.32 in.). 5. Remove the end cover from the flywheel housing and install the engine barring tool (J-46392). Tighten the bolts on the barring device to 25 N·m (18 lb·ft). Insert the locking pin to block the device and prevent it from rotating. 6. Using J-46385, the flywheel and main pulley socket tool, remove two flywheel multi-point socket head bolts from the flywheel, 180 degrees apart. See Figure 1.

Abdominal/stomach pain is a feeling of discomfort between the bottom of the rib cage and the groin. Older children can usually localize pain to their abdomen while an infant or the younger child may simply cry or point to their mid-section. Often referred to as a tummy ache, this is a very common symptom among children and signals a myriad of causes. Stomach pain does not always indicate a serious condition. Non-serious causes of abdominal pain are called "benign" and can often be managed at home. These include indigestion, or gas pains which can be caused by overeating or gas producing foods, and stress, which is actually the most common cause of recurrent stomachaches in older children and adolescents. This condition, also known as "worried stomach" frequently occurs during life changes such as changing schools or family disagreements. The pain is mild but real. Identifying and coping with life's stressors and reassuring your child is very important with stress induced stomach pain. Constipation is a very common cause of stomach pain. Most of the time your child won't tell you he or she is constipated. Look for hard or intermittent stools. Sometimes your child may grunt or strain while having a bowel movement. Please talk to us if you think your child may be constipated as dietary changes are often an easy fix.

The theoretical framework was based on the secondary data (articles and books) and included core concepts of packaging, packaging design, consumer behavior, consumer perception, and consumer attraction. The mixed method was selected for acquiring and analyzing the research results. Quantitative data was collected from 30 questionnaire responses and was analyzed with the computer program Excel. Qualitative data was obtained from two interviews conducted with the companies, Valio Ltd and Tetra Pak Ltd. The results of the study revealed the importance of packaging design in consumer buying behavior. By examining the consumer perception, it was found out that packaging design elements such as graphics, color, and product information play a key role in decision making and ensure consumer’s attention. Based on the findings, it was defined that successful milk packaging design could be created by the cooperation between the consumer and the company. Further research could investigate other product packages’ design elements.
Packaging design is one of the most important marketing tools for many manufactured packaged goods. Packaging communicates brand and product values at point of sale, and continues to work long after promotional and advertising campaigns have run their course. The design of a pack and the surface graphics are the main features that differentiate a product from its competitors. For brands or products on limited budgets, a modest investment in redesigning the pack can reap substantial dividends in terms of increased sales, improved margins and greater product profitability But there are other reasons why there is a growing interest in packaging design: – manufacturers’ brands today have to fight harder, with less shelf space, against retailers’ own brands – the internationalisation of markets means packaging design must take into account national and cultural boundaries – new materials and technology are a continuous stimulus to innovative packaging in order to boost sales, reduce costs, and increase profits – public concern with the environment and increasing legislation is putting pressure on manufacturers to redesign packaging to minimise waste and use materials, which are biodegradable or easily recyclable.
Organizations that collect large amounts of unstructured data are increasingly turning to nonrelational databases, now frequently called NoSQL databases. M any organizations collect vast amounts of customer, scientific, sales, and other data for future analysis. Traditionally, most of these organizations have stored structured data in relational databases for subsequent access and analysis. However, a growing number of developers and users have begun turning to various types of nonrelational—now frequently called NoSQL—databases. Nonrelationa l dat a ba ses— including hierarchical, graph, and object-oriented databases—have been around since the late 1960s. However, new types of NoSQL databases are being developed. And only now are they beginning to gain market traction. Different NoSQL databases take different approaches. What they have in common is that they’re not relational. Their primary advantage is that, unlike relational databases, they handle unstructured data such as word-processing files, e-mail, multimedia, and social media efficiently. They are also easier to work with for the many developers not familiar 12 r2tec.indd 12 computer with the structured query language. SQL is the programming language used for querying and updating relational databases. Some NoSQL databases can function in a distributed setting. Users could thus scale a single database by running it across additional inexpensive machines rather than by having to run it on a single more powerful and costly machine.

Why do the Islamic fundamentalists in general—and followers of al Qaeda in particular—resort to terrorist tactics against Americans and other Westerners around the globe? This question has haunted Americans since 9/11 and prompted a host of antiterrorist policies throughout the world. Much has been written and spoken on the subject, and more will be written and spoken in the years ahead. Political geography offers a frame of reference to learn about al Qaeda and other militant Islamic groups and their anti-West, anti–U.S. posture. To explore the point of view propounded by Osama bin Laden and others, this case study uses the ﬁve levels of analysis introduced in chapter three, examined here from a geopolitical perspective. The ﬁve levels of analysis are the: 1) international system, 2) regional, 3) state, 4) substate (tribal groups), and 5) individual. The Microsoft Xbox 360 is a stunning example of globalization and Globalization; the processes of both global interconnections (through production and access to the video game console) and also through the use of Globalization as a political buzz word (to generate an image of the Xbox 360 as the brand connecting users worldwide) (Sparke 2005a, 3). These two definitions of globalization; as a physical process of interconnections and as a political buzz word, can aid in understanding the systems at work when examining how Xbox is attempting to go 360. Microsoft’s Xbox as a technology can be seen as a computer with access to very specific content; all that is needed is the video game console and a connection to broadband Internet. When considering the qualifications to gain access to the Xbox 360 ‘experience,’ one must consider how to get an Internet connection and to the Xbox 360 console. While most citizens in the Xbox 360’s major markets, US, EU and Japan, may not consider these systems hard to obtain, many millions of people globally do not have the luxury of high-speed access to the Internet and the Xbox 360 console. Through understanding the impacts of creating a virtual community based on access to technology, which Microsoft states it hopes to do with the new Xbox 360 console, the inequality of the situation starts to be clarified.
