On September 11, 2001, the seismic stations grouped around New York City recorded seismic events from the WTC site, two of which occurred immediately prior to the aircraft impacts upon the Twin Towers. Because these seismic events preceded the collisions, it is clear they were not associated with the impacts and must therefore be associated with some other occurrence. None of the authorities charged with the responsibility for the investigation of the events of 9/11 have proposed a source for these seismic events, nor have they given a valid reason for the difference in times between the seismic events and the aircraft impacts. Only by consideration of the evidence of basement explosions before the aircraft impacts, as experienced by William Rodriquez and 36 others, can an explanation be found for the fact that the seismic stations recorded seismic events originating from the WTC sites prior to the aircraft impacts. It seems unlikely that Middle Eastern terrorists could have overcome the WTC security and managed this kind of high-level, technological coordination. Do the facts presented here, simple and few, raise the possibility of inside involvement in 9/11/01, both before and after the attack? OVERVIEW This paper is primarily concerned with the factual data surrounding the exact impact times of the two aircraft that hit WTC1 and WTC2. This is neither theory nor hypothesis, but a statement of publicized facts regarding the timing of the aircraft impacts. There exist two separate precision data time sets that address when the aircraft crashed into the Towers. Both data time sets are based on UTC (Coordinated Universal Time, the world’s atomic clock system) and the sources that determined these times were prestigious, reliable and credible. There is no question regarding the precision and accuracy of the instruments used to record both data time sets, since their entire function depends and relies upon temporal accuracy, and therefore there can be no doubt that both data time sets are correct. The time data sets represent objective scientific data recorded by two separate, independent entities. The problem is the data sets have different impact times. These times were given out years ago but at different times. Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory at Columbia University (LDEO) gave its findings around the time of the event with what it thought were impact times based upon the seismic data recorded, while the 9/11 Commission published its impact times, based upon FAA radar data and air traffic control software logic, years later in its Final Report. The Commission no longer exists.

Helpful Guidelines for Successful Weight Loss Weight loss should occur when you eat fewer calories than you burn. Increasing physical activity while limiting your calories will increase your rate of weight loss. Increasing physical activity will also help you to maintain your weight after weight loss. Discuss appropriate calorie levels and serving sizes with your dietitian. 1. Keep a written food and physical activity journal. 2. Weigh yourself once per week at the same time of day, with the same amount of clothing, and on the same scale. 3. Eat breakfast everyday and do not skip meals. Skipping meals can lead to extreme hunger, overeating and poor food choices. 4. Plan your meals and eat around the same time every day. 5. Pick an eating area at home and/or work. 6. Turn off the TV and/or computer during meals and snacks. 7. Eat slowly. Take 30 minutes for a meal. It takes 20 minutes before you feel full, so wait 20 minutes after your first serving before taking a second serving. 8. Eat protein foods first to help you feel full sooner. 9. Read food labels to help control portions of food. 10. Eat less fat and sugar. Eat more fiber, including fresh fruits/vegetables and whole grains. 11. Limit restaurant and fast food meals. 12. Don’t keep problem foods around the house and/or at work. A problem food is a food that you are likely to eat too much of or too often if readily available. 13. Drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of liquids per day. Focus on calorie-free, caffeine-free beverages. 14. Get adequate sleep each night (7-9 hours). When Suzuki engineers began designing the GSX1300R they set out to produce a motorcycle so advanced that it didn’t fit in any established categories. A motorcycle with breathtaking acceleration, nimble handling, and world-class fit and finish. A machine so advanced it demanded a new performance category: Ultimate Sport. With Suzuki’s experience in building high-performance motorcycles, meeting the engine performance goals and building an excellent chassis wouldn’t be a problem. But to make this kind of performance seem effortless would be the ultimate challenge. One of the engineers recalled seeing the incredible flight of a small Falcon indigenous to Japan called Hayabusa. The Hayabusa is not the biggest or strongest bird in Japan, but it has the amazing ability to slice through the air reaching speeds of over 186 mph, making normal flight seem effortless. The engineer realized he had discovered the key element to the design. Make the bike able to slice through the air like a Hayabusa and normal performance would be almost effortless. It would be the most aerodynamic Suzuki ever built and it would be called the Hayabusa. Suzuki engineers used an integrated design approach with careful thought given to engine type, size, placement, as well as rider position and airflow over every part of the bike. Maximum aerodynamic efficiency required a precise fairing shape which could not be achieved with conventional headlights and turn signals. By blending the front turn signals in the fairing and using a unique projector beam headlight, the CdA became the lowest of any Suzuki ever produced. The turn signals also help force air into the ram-air intake tracts which have been carefully placed near the point of maximum air pressure. Meeting the performance goal required a powerful yet compact, liquid-cooled, inline four-cylinder engine – the most powerful four-cylinder ever built by Suzuki. Based on experience from unlimited-class road racing, the engine developed some impressive specifications: 1298cc, liquid-cooled with additional oil-jet cooling, DOHC 16-valves with a narrow 14º valve angle, electronic fuel injection with ram-air intake, direct ignition, gear-driven counterbalancer to reduce vibration and a six-speed transmission with a large capacity clutch. To keep the engine compact the cam chain is driven from the right side of a short, five-journal crankshaft. The GSX1300R chassis is built around an aluminum alloy twin-spar frame and bridged aluminum swingarm. Supporting the frame are fully adjustable, 43mm inverted forks with 120 mm of wheel travel, and a link-type rear suspension with a fully adjustable shock absorber and 140mm of wheel travel. Wide radial tires are mounted on cast aluminum wheels provide plenty of traction, while six-piston front brake calipers with large 320 mm rotors and a twin-piston rear caliper with a 240 mm rotor provide powerful braking performance. The Hayabusa has many other convenience features such as a hinged fuel tank for easier maintenance, storage area for a U-lock and full instrumentation including a fuel gauge, twin-tripmeters, and even a LCD-type fuel consumption gauge. With all these features and outstanding performance, the 1999 GSX1300R Hayabusa is truly in a class of its own: Ultimate Sport.
Decision on the Re-Filed Request of Rhode Island College for a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification for Two Positions of Housekeeper INTRODUCTION On November 21, 2007, the Rhode Island Commission for Human Rights (hereafter the Commission) received a request from Rhode Island College (hereafter RIC) that it certify a gender-specific bona fide occupational qualification (hereafter BFOQ) for each of the two positions of housekeeper at RIC's Recreation Center. Specifically, RIC requested BFOQs that would allow it to advertise for, and hire, one man and one woman for two positions of housekeeper at the Recreation Center. A notice of a public hearing was published in the Providence Journal on January 10, 2008. A public hearing was held on February 4, 2008. Commissioners Camille Vella-Wilkinson, Alberto Aponte Cardona and Nancy Kolman Ventrone were present at the hearing. Several individuals presented their views with respect to the BFOQ request at the hearing. The Commission also received a written submission with respect to the request. On February 29, 2008, the Commission issued a Decision denying RIC's request for certification of BFOQs based on gender for two positions of housekeeper "at this time". Decision On the Request of Rhode Island College for a Bona Fide Occupational Qualification for Two Positions of Housekeeper (hereafter BFOQ Decision I), p. 7. On March 31, 2008, the Commission received RIC's request to re-file its request for BFOQs and provide additional information. The Commission granted RIC's request and set a public hearing date of May 30, 2008. At the hearing on May 30, 2008, Commissioners Camille Vella-Wilkinson, Alberto Aponte Cardona and Nancy Kolman Ventrone were present. RIC submitted additional evidence and argument. Several individuals presented their views with respect to the re-filed BFOQ request at the hearing. FINDINGS OF FACT1 1. RIC is a college. It has a Recreational Center which is open to RIC students and employees. The former President of RIC, John Nazarian, directed that the facilities of 1 These findings of fact are based on the evidence presented in both hearings. Given the additional evidence presented in the hearing on May 30, 2008, these findings of fact are different, in some instances, than the findings of fact made in the BFOQ Decision I. the Recreation Center also be available to the community. It is utilized by, among others, older individuals and children. During the summer, it is used for programs serving children, including the Special Olympics. 2. The Recreation Center has separate locker rooms for men and women. Each locker room consists of a large open area. The toilet and shower facilities are within this same area. There are currently no walls, dividers or curtains that separate the dressing room area into discrete sections. Individuals utilize the locker room to change clothes and shower, so there are generally individuals in various stages of undress in the locker rooms. 3. The patrons of the Recreation Center have a legitimate privacy interest in not being viewed by a member of the opposite sex while they use the locker rooms. 4. The Recreation Center is used from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. during the week. It is open for limited hours during the weekend, unless an outside group is utilizing it. There is a vacancy in the "day time" shift. The collective bargaining agreement that covers the housekeepers constrains RIC's ability to fill the positions by sex. 5. In its original BFOQ request letter, RIC maintained: The way the Center is constructed we are not able to close off part of the men's or women's locker rooms for routine maintenance/cleaning during the course of our 16 hours of operation (7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) It is during these times that men and women use their respective showers, lockers and restrooms. 6. RIC asserted that temporary closures of the locker room to allow periodic cleaning and monitoring by an opposite sex housekeeper would be a burden on the patrons. 7. The duties of the housekeepers at the Recreation Center include cleaning the bathroom, shower and locker areas. Further, there are occasions when a housekeeper must respond to unexpected needs for immediate cleaning of the bathrooms and showers, such as when something has broken on the floor or when an unsanitary condition develops in the bathrooms. RIC housekeepers do not maintain records of time spent on various tasks in the Recreation Center. There is one full cleaning of each locker room per day which takes from forty (40) minutes to two hours. Housekeepers are directed to walk through the locker rooms and restrooms approximately every hour during the daytime shift. The time spent on additional cleaning varies; the housekeepers try to "dry up" the areas after each scheduled group utilizes the locker rooms during the daytime shift. 8. RIC representatives credibly testified as to the safety, health and liability concerns if a locker room at the Recreation Center were not cleaned on a ...
From L to R: Jerry Pattillo, Shawn Lazar, Bob Wilkin, Brad Doskocil, and Walt Millet W With Pastor Ken Yates on the mend, I spoke at his church. He asked me to speak on Revelation 21-22, “Whatever Happened to the New Earth.” I spoke about the fact that the eternal home for believers is the new earth, not the 3rd heaven. And I also showed that we will GES Summer Board Meeting Wyndham Park Central Hotel Dallas, TX August 16-18 e had a very good board meeting. The new budget is a 12% decrease over the past fiscal year. The new budget is $373,400, or $31,117 per month. Though the budget is lower, it is actually back where it was the previous few years, before last year. The budget still allows us to do much to promote the grace message. In fact, we have more planned for this fiscal year (July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014) than ever before. We hope to release several books by Zane (Absolutely Free and The Atonement and Other Writings), me (The Real Gospel According to Jesus, Twelve Show-Stoppers for Calvinism, plus expanded and revised versions of The Road to Reward and Confident in Christ), and Shawn (Chosen to Serve). In addition, we hope that Ken Yates will join the staff of GES as a regional spokesman and a key person in the production of the journal. Ken had prostate cancer surgery on August 14th. That has delayed his move to South Carolina and put on hold his start date with GES. We’d appreciate your prayers for his full recovery. These chapters concern the final test that Joseph (via God’s guidance) gave to his brothers to see if they were ready to come to Egypt. They confessed their guilt and they were unwilling to leave Benjamin behind, like they had Joseph 20 years before. Joseph forgave them and showed zero bitterness.
