Pandemi HIV/AIDS yang mengancam penduduk dunia saat ini telah nyata menunjukkan berbagai dampak sosial dan ekonomi bahkan keamanan negara disamping dampak kesehatan. AIDS ditemukan di Amerika 20 tahun yang lalu (1981) merupakan penyakit yang relatif baru tapi telah menyita perhatian masyarakat global. AIDS adalah sekumpulan gejala yang terjadi akibat menurun atau hilangnya daya tahan tubuh seseorang. Karena itu disebut Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Penyebabnya sejenis virus yang disebut Human Immunodeficiency Virus yang dapat berada dalam tubuh seseorang tanpa menimbulkan gejala sakit yang berarti, selama bertahun tahun bahkan 10 – 11 tahun. Sulit bagi kita secara kasat mata mengetahui seseorang mengidap virus HIV atau tidak. Saat ini belum ditemukan obat yang dapat menyembuhkan dan vaksin yang dapat mencegah/menangkalnya. Epidemi HIV/AIDS di Indonesia telah bergerak dari suatu tingkat epidemi yang rendah yaitu prevalensi < 1 % ke arah tingkat epidemi terkonsentrasi dimana pada kelompok risiko tinggi tertentu telah melebihi angka 5% seperti di Sorong, Merauke, Riau untuk kelompok Wanita Penjaja Seks (WPS) dan Jakarta, Jabar, Bali untuk kelompok Injecting Drug User (IDU). Laporan HIV/AIDS di Indonesia secara Kumulatif tahun 2001 tercatat AIDS 671, HIV 1904 namun berdasarkan perkiraan para ahli saat ini kemungkinan di Indonesia terdapat 80.000 – 120.000 Orang yang Hidup Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA) artinya bahwa dalam 10 tahun mendatang kemungkinan akan ditemukan 100.000 orang yang sakit dan meninggal karena AIDS. Sidang kabinet khusus HIV/ AIDS ini memberi peluang terwujudnya komitmen politik yang tinggi dan berbagai kebijakan, strategi baru.

Remove top hex head bolt from swing arm and fit bracket, use washer as spacer between bracket and swing arm, replace original bolt, do not fully tighten. Undo top nut from lower swing arm linkage and fit bracket as shown, replace nut, do not fully tighten. (See photos). Slide hugger into position and fix to top bracket using two M6 x 12mm socket flange screws with nylon washers. Do not fully tighten. The lower bracket fits to the outside of the hugger using an M6 x 20mm hex head screw with steel penny washer. Fit through hugger and then into flat threaded plate. Adjust hugger and hold in position whilst fully tightening all fixings. Periodically check screws for tightness. BREVA 750 COMFORT La sella monoblocco è molto confortevole, e offre spazio in abbondanza anche se si viaggia con il passeggero a bordo. L’utile maniglione posteriore garantisce al passeggero un ottimo appiglio, e il pratico vano sottosella può contenere un lucchetto ad U, una piccola trousse di attrezzi per gli interventi di emergenza e lo spazio per poter comodamente riporre i documenti e altri piccoli oggetti. MOTORE Il mitico bicilindrico a V di 90° si rinnova, e grazie alla nuova iniezione abbinata alla sonda Lambda ed al sistema catalitico supera brillantemente i severi limiti imposti dalla normativa Euro3. NERO GUZZI STRUMENTAZIONE Tutte le informazioni indispensabili per viaggiare tranquilli, sono raggruppate in un cruscotto dal design attualissimo, con display LCD, che presenta tutte le funzioni tradizionali (tachimetro, contagiri, odometro, indicatore della temperatura esterna con spia lampeggiante per avvisare della presenza di ghiaccio, orologio), e dove trova posto anche il tasto dell'hazard. RUOTE/FRENI I raffinati cerchi in lega da 17 pollici, a tre razze, sono pressofusi in lega d’alluminio. Super resistenti e molto leggeri, contribuiscono a ridurre al minimo i pesi non sospesi. Il sistema frenante anteriore è Brembo Serie Oro, con un disco da 320 mm, azionato da una pinza flottante a 4 pistoncini contrapposti, per frenate potenti e progressive. Al posteriore, un disco in acciaio inox da 260 mm. BEL TEMPO STABILE SU TUTTE LE STRADE. Non è un caso se porta il nome di un vento che spazza le nuvole ed è sinonimo di bel tempo. Il design è contemporaneo, accattivante fin dal primo sguardo, ma è inconfondibilmente Moto Guzzi. Curato in tutti i dettagli, si fa ammirare per le linee morbide del serbatoio anatomico, per il tocco di classe dei cerchi a tre razze, per la grinta del puntale sottocarena. E l’apparenza non è tutto. Breva 750 è una moto facile da guidare, istintiva, e dà subito confidenza a chi sale in sella. Le dimensioni compatte, la posizione di guida ergonomica e la grande maneggevolezza sono doti preziose nel traffico cittadino, ma Breva 750 è divertente da guidare anche sui percorsi misti, da affrontare da soli o in coppia.
