Before being able to set up your Montclair Webmail on your Android device you need to make sure you have a Gmail Account in order to access the Android Market. All Android phones require you to set one up when you turn on your phone for the first time so if you haven’t created one you will need to do so. 1) Touch Market from the Home screen Market 2) Touch Accept for Terms of Service 3) Search for K-9 Mail (touch the search button at the top and type k9) 4) Touch K-9 Mail and touch Install 5) Touch OK 6) Touch K-9 Mail and touch Open 7) Touch Next 8) Enter your MSU email address and password 9) Touch Next 10) Touch IMAP 11) Enter following settings: • IMAP Server: mail.montclair.edu • Security type: SSL (always) • Port: 993 12) Touch Next 13) Enter following settings for outgoing server: • SMTP Server: smtp.montclair.edu • Security type: TLS (always) • Port: 587 14) Touch Next 15) Uncheck Notify me while mail is being checked 16) Touch Next 17) Under Type your name enter your name (this will be displayed on ongoing messages) 18) Touch Done To Add the Mail Shortcut to Your Home Screen 1) Touch Launcher 2) Touch and hold down on K-9 Mail and drag onto home screen Launcher
This software will update your Samsung Galaxy S II to Android 4.1.2 software version GB28. This Update is only valid for the nTelos Wireless Samsung Galaxy S II; it is incompatible with all other models. Please follow the instructions below to download and install the Update Tool using your Windows PC. Requirements for Using the Update Tool Computer • Desktop/Laptop computer running either Microsoft Windows 7, Vista, or XP o Currently, there is no support for Apple computers • All firewall & anti-virus programs should be disabled • Administrative privileges required to download & install software including drivers • An available USB port on the PC that supports 2.0 USB Phone • Fully charged battery Other • USB data cable (included in Retail Box) Note: this is the same cable used to charge your device. • Samsung USB driver for Android mobile devices. • Available USB Port. o Direct connection of the USB cable to the computer’s USB port is strongly advised. Make sure that IMAP is enabled in your account before beginning this process and that you have your CatMail Secondary password created. Please refer to Appendices 1 and 2 for more information. 1) Tap the Settings icon from the applications screen. 2) Scroll down until you see the option for Add Account. This will allow you to choose the type of account you are going to add to the smartphone; in this case we will be adding an Email Account 3) Under Set up email, select Others in order to manually enter the rest of the account settings. 4) Click Done with accounts. 5) Under Add email account, tap IMAP account. 6) Under Incoming server settings the User name and Password should already be filled in. Verify that they are correct and make adjustments if necessary. 7) Edit IMAP server setting to read: imap.gmail.com. 8) Tap Security type box and select SSL. This will automatically change the Port to 993, if it does not then manually change it. Tap Next. 9) The system will check your settings and then continue automatically. If there are any errors you will be shown an error message and then put back on the previous screen. Make any necessary corrections until you get past this screen to the next step. ...

The Pacific Asia Travel Association Satellite Chapter (PATA), like its parent chapter, PATA Hawai‘i Chapter, strives to bring local relevance to big picture issues. With a diverse student membership, PATA is a club that brings learning out of the four corners of the classroom through industry site visits, excursions, workshops, and networking events. PATA Satellite Chapter is the only student chapter in the United States. Members have opportunities to participate in PATA Hawai‘i Industry Luncheons, PATA Conferences, Cultural Experiences, Familiarization Tours, and events that expand their network of peers and professionals. Each year, club members fundraise to attend the annual PATA Conference in Asia, which provides opportunities to network with PATA members from around the Asia Pacific and attend various seminars and workshops taught by executives in the travel industry.
