Tbs. Tbs. Olive oil Cracked fennel seeds Ground black pepper Roasted Potato Salad Asparagus Sauté Crusty Bread 2-3 2-3 #  New potatoes as small as possible, washed and well dried ea.  Young fennel, halved and then sliced into wedges keeping stem intact. Tbs. Extra-virgin olive oil Salt and Pepper ¼ C.  Good balsamic vinegar (the aged 10 yr. or more is great stuff) Any fresh herbs in the garden, as much as you can bear. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Prepare Roasted Potato Salad. 2. Pre-heat grill and get coals nice and hot. 3. Grill steaks to medium. Flank can be tough rare and well done. Set aside to rest for five minutes. 4. Prepare Asparagus Sauté. 5. After steak has rested, slice across the grain for maximum tenderness. 6. Roasted Potato Salad 2 Rub steaks with olive oil. Season well with salt, cracked fennel seeds, and pepper. Allow meat to come to room temperature. 1. Place a sheet pan in a 350° oven and allow it to get hot. Place potatoes and fennel in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 2-3 tablespoons olive oil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Toss well. When sheet pan is hot, dump potatoes and fennel onto it. Spread into a single layer. When cooked, remove potatoes and fennel to a bowl. Drizzle immediately with balsamic vinegar. Allow to cool to room temperature. Toss with herbs, adjust seasonings. If the salad seems dry, add a little extra olive oil and/or vinegar. VENISON RECIPES “World Class” Venison Stew 2 lb. venison steaks 2 to 3 T. Vegetable oil 6 c. hot water 2 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 T. salt 1 T. sugar 1 ½ tsp. paprika ¾ tsp. pepper Dash of cloves 4 tsp. beef bouillon 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 2 to 3 lg. carrots, cut to bite-size 2 lg. potatoes, cut to bite-size 2 bay leaves 1 sm. pkg. frozen corn 1 sm. pkg. frozen peas 8 T. cornstarch Small amount of cold water Cube venison steaks into bite-size pieces and brown in vegetable oil. In crockpot, combine browned meat, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, sugar, paprika, pepper, cloves, beef bouillon, onion, potatoes and bay leaves. Cook for 6 hours. Add corn and peas. Cook for 1 hour. Mix cornstarch with small amount of cold water and add to stew. Simmer until stew thickens. Remove bay leaves. Chevrolet V8 Distributor Installation Instructions - Engine Works ...

PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING. 1. You should always disconnect the battery, negative lead first, before working on the ignition system. When you are done reconnect the battery installing the positive lead first. 2. The drive gear installed on this distributor is melonized and therefore compatible with flat tappet or hydraulic roller camshafts. If it is to be installed with a mechanical roller camshaft, a bronze or other such compatible gear for the 0.500” shaft will need to be purchased and installed. HOW TO INSTALL THE DISTRIBUTOR 1. If the distributor to be replaced has not already been removed from the engine, remove its cap. Do not remove the spark plug wires at this time. 2. Crank the engine slowly until the rotor blade aims at a fixed point on the engine or firewall. Note this point for future reference. 3. Unplug all external connectors coming from the distributor. 4. Now put the existing cap back on and note and mark which spark plug wire the rotor (blade) is pointing at. Then number the wires according to cylinder and remove the wires. If in doubt you can leave the wires connected to the old cap and transfer them to the new cap and distributor later in the process (see point # 9).
