Wireless For: PS4™ I PS3™ Xbox 360® I Mobile Wireless Dolby® Surround Sound Gaming Headset User Guide Congratulations on your purchase of the Ear Force PX4 headset from Turtle Beach. The PX4 works with your Xbox360, PS3, PS4 and all of your favorite mobile devices. Welcome to the Turtle Beach Audio Advantage! For our Knowledgebase and Technical Support Contact info please visit: http://www.turtlebeach.com/support The Ear Force™ PX4 is a premium, Dolby surround sound headset designed for PS3™, PS4™ and Xbox360® gaming. To get the most from your PX4, please take a few minutes to review this introduction. Dolby® Surround Sound The PX4 transmitter processes Dolby Digital surround sound from your PS3™, PS4™ or Xbox360® and sends it to the headset via digital RF. The result is an immersive sound environment that makes you feel as if you’re right in the middle of the action. It also helps you react quicker by hearing exactly where the sound cues in the game are coming from. Dual-Band Wi-Fi The Ear Force PX4 headset provides wireless CD-quality game sound via dual-band digital RF (radio frequency) that communicates with the PX4 transmitter. This advanced dual-band Wi-Fi technology uses either 5GHz or 2.4GHz signals to transmit high fidelity digital audio and finds the optimum frequency to help eliminate interference with other wireless devices and Wi-Fi networks. Unlike the RF technology used in most other wireless headsets, the dual-band Wi-Fi technology found in the PX4 coexists with wireless networks for optimum performance. Dual Pairing Bluetooth ® The PX4 incorporates Bluetooth technology which can be used to simultaneously pair to two Bluetooth-enabled devices at once. For example, you can pair the PX4 to your PS3 and your mobile phone at the same time. This allows you to use your PX4 to accept phone calls all while totally immersed in the action of the game. Rechargeable Battery The PX4 also features a rechargeable lithium polymer battery that provides up to 15 hours of continuous game play on a single charge. The battery can also be recharged while gaming with the included charging cable so you’ll never miss out on the action. Engineered for High-Quality Sound The PX4 headset is engineered to deliver high-quality audio that makes it ideal for gaming, movies and digital music playback. The high-fidelity, 50mm speakers are encased in acoustically-tuned ear cups with soft fabric cushions and deliver extended bass with extraordinary dynamic range for optimum audio performance. ...
SMT16030 DIGITAL TEMPERATURE SENSOR Features Absolute accuracy ± 0.7 °C Linear output within 0.2 °C Resolution better then 0.005 °C Duty Cycle output Calibrated on chip TTL, CMOS compatible Temperature range 175 °C (-45 to +130 °C) Directly connectable to data input of microprocessor Easy multiplexing of multiple sensors Typical applications Heater systems Measuring instruments Washing machines Overheating protection Appliances Introduction The Smartec temperature sensor is a sophisticated full silicon temperature sensor with a digital output. The one wire output (duty-cycle modulated) can be directly connected to all kinds of micro-controllers without the need of A/D conversion. The temperature range is –45 °C to 150 °C. The high resolution (< 0.005 °C) makes the sensor useful for high precision applications. The sensor is available in various housings like T018, T092, T0220 and for high volume production in SOIC. Special housing can be manufactured on request. Product highlights The SMART TEMPERATURE SENSOR features a duty-cycle modulated square wave output voltage with linear response to temperatures in the -45 °C to +130 °C range. The absolute accuracy is better than 1.2 °C. In the range from -30 to +100 °C absolute accuracy is better than 0.7 °C, while the linearity is better than 0.2 °C (Model TO18). -1– SMARTEC B.V, Delpratsingel 26 4811 AP Breda, The Netherlands WWW.SMARTEC.NL Tel: +31(0)765205353 SMT16030 Version 7/2005 The SMART TEMPERATURE SENSOR is calibrated during test and burn-in of the chip. The integrated modulator ensures the sensor unit can communicate effectively with low-cost microcontrollers without the need of (onboard) A/D converters or an Xtal controlled oscillator. The SMART TEMPERATURE SENSOR combines digital output and on-chip calibration to ensure major cost reductions and performance-related advantages. In applications where multiple sensors are used, easy multiplexing can be obtained by using a corresponding number of microprocessor inputs or by using low cost digital multiplexers. Since the sensor requires no subsequent calibration, optimal cost savings are recorded both during manufacturing and in the course of after-sales servicing. Pin-out and housing. Note: If the gear is ever replaced, MSD Gear (PN 8531) is required for replacement due to the .500" diameter shaft. TIMING FUNCTIONS Before continuing with the installation, here are a few definitions you should be aware of: Initial Timing: This is the base timing (also referred to as idle timing) of the engine before the centrifugal advance begins. Centrifugal Advance: The centrifugal (or mechanical) advance mechanism is made up of weights, springs, advance cams, and an advance stop bushing. The amount and rate of advance that your distributor is capable of is determined by the centrifugal timing. If you ever wish to lock out the centrifugal advance, refer to the centrifugal advance section. Total Timing: This is the total of the initial timing plus the centrifugal advance added together. Example: 10° Initial + 25° centrifugal = 35° Total Timing. (When checking Total timing, disconnect and cap the vacuum canister and plug the vacuum line.) Vacuum Advance: The vacuum advance will advance the timing up to 10° during partial throttle driving (with 15 lbs. of vacuum). The vacuum line should be routed to a ported vacuum outlet above the throttle plates. Note: MSD Distributors are supplied with the heavy (slow) advance springs and the 21° stop bushing installed. This is to prevent detonation in certain applications. Review the information on pages 2-4 to determine the best advance curve for your application. M S D

A combination of poor cyber security and high-value information is going to make the healthcare sector the next major target for hackers and scammers, according to the Microsoft-backed team charged with taking down the world's biggest botnets. "Healthcare is really in a disadvantaged place in cyber-security," said Patrick Peterson, CEO of security firm Agari, which worked on the Citadel botnet takedown with Microsoft's Digital Crimes Unit. According to the group's remarks, hospitals and healthcare organization’s are simply not making cyber security a priority.
