Steps for Downloading and/or Installing Java SE 7, the JMF, Apache Tomcat & Eclipse Java SE 7 The download instructions below refer to the latest version of the Java Standard Edition (Java SE), which (at the time of writing) is Java SE 7 Update 5. The Java SE Development Kit (JDK) includes the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) and command-line development tools. It is actually the JDK that you are downloading, but we shall be referring only to the Java SE. 1. Go to http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/index.html. 2. Click on the Download button underneath JDK, which is to the right of the text heading showing the latest version of Java. 3. In the table heading halfway down the page, click on the radio button to accept the licence agreement. 4. Click on the filename that appears alongside Windows x86. (This should have the format jdk7u-windows-i586.exe, where is replaced with a number that is either 5 or one slightly higher. 5. How Electronic Fuel Injection Works Electronic Fuel injection works on the some very basic principles. The following discussion broadly outlines how a basic or Convention Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) system operates. The Electronic Fuel Injection system can be divided into three: basic sub-systems. These are the fuel delivery system, air induction system, and the electronic control system. The Fuel Delivery System • The fuel delivery system consists of the fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel delivery pipe (fuel rail), fuel injector, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel return pipe. • Fuel is delivered from the tank to the injector by means of an electric fuel pump. The pump is typically located in or near the fuel tank. Contaminants are filtered out by a high capacity in line fuel filter. • Fuel is maintained at a constant pressure by means of a fuel pressure regulator. Any fuel which is not delivered to the intake manifold by the injector is returned to the tank through a fuel return pipe. The Air Induction System • The air induction system consists of the air cleaner, air flow meter, throttle valve, air intake chamber, intake manifold runner, and intake valve. • Air delivered to the engine is a function of driver demand. As the throttle valve is opened further, more air is allowed to enter the engine cylinders. • When the throttle valve is opened, air flows through the air cleaner, through the air flow meter (on L type systems), past the throttle valve, and through a well tuned intake manifold runner to the intake valve. • Toyota engines use two different methods to measure intake air volume. The L type EFI system measures air flow directly by using an air flow meter. The D type EFI system measures air flow indirectly by monitoring the pressure in the intake manifold.

NI 9758 Pin Assignments 2 | ni.com | NI 9758 User Manual Hardware The NI 9758 provides four port fuel injector drivers and four general purpose low-side solenoid drivers in a NI CompactRIO module. Powering the Module The NI 9758 requires power from two different sources, a 15-pin D-SUB (HD15) connector and the external screw-terminal connector. The CompactRIO backplane male high density D-SUB 15-pin (HD15) connector mates with the module’s female HD15 connector. This power source provides a regulated 5 V and ground to various digital logic functions within the module. The CompactRIO 5 V source is active whenever the CompactRIO or R Series Expansion Chassis is properly powered. The NI 9758 should only be powered at the HD15 connector by plugging it into a CompactRIO or R Series Expansion Chassis. The NI9758 HD15 connector should not be connected to any other device. The external screw-terminal connector with the terminals labeled BATT (0) and GND (9) provide a second power source. Typical power sources will be from automotive 12 V or 24 V battery systems. The NI 9758 can accept power from 7 V to 32 V. The NI 9758 requires a maximum of 100 mA from an external power supply. When actuators and injectors are connected to and powered from the same power supply as the NI 9758, a battery or power supply capable of 10 A continuous output will be required under a full load. This timeline has been created to give a general overview of crop production, worker activities, and key pests in greenhouse/hothouse hydroponic tomatoes (GH) in the U.S. This document is intended to describe the activities and their relationship to pesticide applications that take place in the greenhouses throughout the year. This information will be used in worker risk assessments, where risks of concern are identified, and in the assessment of pesticide benefits. The timing of events described may vary due to such factors as the location and target market periods. Pesticide use recommendations are current as of the last update. Crop timelines were developed to demonstrate the relationship between the greenhouse crop events (preparation through cleanout). These crop events directly relate to worker activity in the greenhouses. The timelines are reflective of the 52 calendar weeks and months for convenience. Crop Timeline 1.0, is broken into three sections indicative of the large grower; winter, summer, and year round growing cycles. Crop Timeline 2.0 is broken into the two cycles used by small growers, i.e., winter cycle growers and summer cycle growers. Most small GH growers are summer cycle growers 21/. Crop Timeline 3.0 was developed to indicate a typical summer cycle GH and the relationship of pests and pesticide pre-harvest intervals (PHI) acceptable to the greenhouses. Greenhouse/hothouse hydroponic tomatoes are used for the fresh tomato market only. While these tomatoes command a premium price in the market place, they are never used in processing. GH tomatoes would be considered trash in processed markets due to water content. Additionally, no bioengineered varieties are grown; most greenhouse varieties are produced by Dutch or Israeli seed companies. General Tomatoes are the major vegetable crop grown in greenhouses. The large scale U.S. commercial growers, (greenhouses/hothouses greater than 1 acre), all have automatic climate control and all use hydroponic growing systems. The sophisticated growing systems, coupled with indeterminate varieties, and a controlled environment, enable a longer production season than would be possible in field agriculture.
