Installation Instructions for CRF 150R and KX450F Steahly Flywheel Weight Warning: Improper instalation of this flywheel weight could result in engine damage or a serious crash. If you do not have the tools or the mechanical abilities take it to a professional. 1. Drain the engine oil or turn off the gas and lay the bike on its side. 2. Remove the shift lever. 3. Remove the ignition cover. Take care not to tear the gasket or have a new gasket on hand. Be carefull that you don’t lose the two dowel pins that are between the cover and the engine case. 4. Remove the flywheel nut. Use an air impact wrench or figure out a way to keep the flywheel from rotating while you remove the nut. A strap wrench or an automotive oil filter wrench may work as a holding tool or try putting the bike in high gear and holding the rear brake on. 5. Pull off the stock flywheel with the proper flywheel puller that has a crank end protection cap. Steahly part number E-63. Do not attempt removal with out the correct puller. Do not use claw type pullers. 6. Fit the flywheel weight on to the stock flywheel. Line up the two threaded holes in the weight with two holes in the stock flywheel. 7. Clean the threads of the two special bolts with contact cleaner. Put a big drop of red Loctite or other high strength thread locker on the threads of the 2 bolts. Install the two special bolts as shown in the picture and torque to 12 foot pounds. 8. Unless you plan to take the weight on and off a lot we highly recommend using a center punch and a hammer to flare out the threads at the end of the bolt (see pictures below). This will reduce the possibility of the bolt coming loose. 9. Clean up the flywheel and weight and remove any metal stuck to the magnets. 10. Install the flywheel with weight back onto the tapered crank shaft end making sure the key ways are lined up. Torque the stock nut to 42 ft- lbs.
New flanged multi-point socket head bolts have been released to prevent the MBE 900 pilot bearing from walking out of the flywheel housing. The new bolts will replace two flywheel bolts, located 180 degrees from one another. Shut off engine and apply the parking brake, chock the wheels, disconnect vehicle battery power, and perform any other applicable safety steps. 2. Remove the transmission. 3. Remove clutch from flywheel. 4. Pull the crankshaft position sensor out of the flywheel housing about 8 mm (0.32 in.). 5. Remove the end cover from the flywheel housing and install the engine barring tool (J-46392). Tighten the bolts on the barring device to 25 N·m (18 lb·ft). Insert the locking pin to block the device and prevent it from rotating. 6. Using J-46385, the flywheel and main pulley socket tool, remove two flywheel multi-point socket head bolts from the flywheel, 180 degrees apart. See Figure 1.
Today the Wall Street Journal published a letter to the editor from Commission chair Judge Patti B. Saris regarding Mortimer Zuckerman’s op-ed “Harsh Sentencing, Overstuffed Prisons—It’s Time for Reform” (May 3, 2014): Sentencing Guidelines Are Being Intelligently Adjusted The amendment originated with the U.S. Sentencing Commission and is something we carefully considered over several years. Regarding Mortimer Zuckerman’s “Harsh Sentencing, Overstuffed Prisons—It’s Time for Reform” (op-ed, May 3): Mr. Zuckerman mentions a Justice Department sentencing panel proposing an amendment to federal guidelines. In fact, it was the U.S. Sentencing Commission, an independent, bipartisan agency that is part of the judicial branch, which voted unanimously on April 10 to amend the federal sentencing guidelines to modestly reduce sentences for the majority of federal drug offenders. We appreciated the support for this change from the Justice Department and others ranging from bipartisan members of Congress to the Federal Public and Community Defenders to Right on Crime, but the amendment originated with the commission and is something we carefully considered over several years. This amendment has been transmitted to Congress and unless Congress acts to disapprove, it will go into effect Nov. 1, 2014. The federal sentencing guidelines are advisory but carry substantial weight in determining federal sentences. The amendment reduces the guideline levels assigned to most drug-trafficking offenders based on the quantity of drugs involved in the offense. The commission determined that the guideline levels for drug quantity no longer needed to be so high. We estimate that our amendment will affect the sentences of almost 70% of federal drugtrafficking offenders and reduce their sentences by 11 months on average. These sentence reductions will correspond to a reduction in the federal prison population of approximately 6,500 inmates within five years and many more over time. The commission carefully weighed public safety concerns, and based on past experience, existing laws and guidelines and expert testimony it concluded that the amendment should not jeopardize public safety. Our amendment is modest in scope; only Congress can change statutory mandatory minimum penalties. But we believe it is an important start.

Charge your battery pack before its first use and whenever it is drained. 1 Insert the charging plug into the charge port on the front of your wireless controller. 2 Connect the USB plug to any USB port of your Xbox 360. 3 Turn on your console. The charge indicator on the front of the plug glows red as the battery pack charges. When the light glows green, the battery pack is fully charged. When using batteries, make sure that you follow these instructions: • Keep batteries out of reach of children. • Do not heat, open, puncture, mutilate, or dispose of batteries in fire. • If a battery leaks, remove the battery, taking care to keep the leaked fluid from touching your skin or clothes. If fluid from the battery comes into contact with skin or clothes, flush skin with water or remove the clothing immediately. Before inserting a new battery, thoroughly clean the controller with a damp paper towel. • Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery terminals, because they can become hot and cause burns. For example, do not carry the battery in a pocket with keys or coins. • Remove the battery when the product will not be used for an extended period of time.

Open the bonnet and grasp both sides of the engine cover, then sharply pull upwards to remove it from the rubber grommets underneath. 2. Remove the breather assembly as shown below, by pushing the black retaining clip in on the gray fitting at the front, the yellow retainer in on the black fitting at the back, and simply pulling the rubber hose off the cam cover. Move the gearbox breather out of the way, and undo the now accessible 10mm bolt on the top of the noise generator. This 10mm nut needs to be undone 4. Remove the end of the noise pipe from the firewall by squeezing the tabs top and bottom and wiggling the pipe out. 5. You can now remove the lower 10mm bolt holding the noise generator to the side of the engine using a ratchet spanner from the front or ¼” drive ratchet from the back, and remove the noise generator from the car. Lower 10mm bolt 6. Using the supplied silicon hose, cut a short length (50-75mm) from the end, then fit this and the remainder of the hose to the tee piece as shown. IMPORTANT: the following instructions indicate how to connect and install your SEAS module on the original AdBlue system of the truck. The number displayed and the colour of the conductors of the AdBlue system are referred to Renault Premium 450 year 2008, these details may vary according to different production lots or vehicle equipment. Please refer to the schemes/layouts supplied with the Renault technical manual to identify the CAN-Bus line of the AdBlue system, its protection fuse and the power feeding. The main working procedure of SEAS modules does not vary.

The following procedures are to be followed for scoring student answer papers for the Regents Examination in Algebra 2/Trigonometry. More detailed information about scoring is provided in the publication Information Booklet for Scoring the Regents Examinations in Mathematics. Do not attempt to correct the student’s work by making insertions or changes of any kind. In scoring the open-ended questions, use check marks to indicate student errors. If the student’s responses for the multiple-choice questions are being hand scored prior to being scanned, the scorer must be careful not to make any stray marks on the answer sheet that might later interfere with the accuracy of the scanning. Unless otherwise specified, mathematically correct variations in the answers will be allowed. Units need not be given when the wording of the questions allows such omissions. Each student’s answer paper is to be scored by a minimum of three mathematics teachers. No one teacher is to score more than approximately one-third of the open-ended questions on a student’s paper. On the student’s separate answer sheet, for each question, record the number of credits earned and the teacher’s assigned rater/scorer letter. Schools are not permitted to rescore any of the open-ended questions on this exam after each question has been rated once, regardless of the final exam score. Schools are required to ensure that the raw scores have been added correctly and that the resulting scale score has been determined accurately. Raters should record the student’s scores for all questions and the total raw score on the student’s separate answer sheet. This review was originally written for my Calculus I class but it should be accessible to anyone needing a review in some basic algebra and trig topics. The review contains the occasional comment about how a topic will/can be used in a calculus class. If you aren’t in a calculus class you can ignore these comments. I don’t cover all the topics that you would see in a typical Algebra or Trig class, I’ve mostly covered those that I feel would be most useful for a student in a Calculus class although I have included a couple that are not really required for a Calculus class. These extra topics were included simply because the do come up on occasion and I felt like including them. There are also, in all likelihood, a few Algebra/Trig topics that do arise occasionally in a Calculus class that I didn’t include. Because this review was originally written for my Calculus students to use as a test of their algebra and/or trig skills it is generally in the form of a problem set. The solution to the first problem in a set contains detailed information on how to solve that particular type of problem. The remaining solutions are also fairly detailed and may contain further required information that wasn’t given in the first problem, but they probably won’t contain explicit instructions or reasons for performing a certain step in the solution process. It was my intention in writing the solutions to make them detailed enough that someone needing to learn a particular topic should be able to pick the topic up from the solutions to the problems. I hope that I’ve accomplished this.
