CAULIFLOWER STEAK

CAULIFLOWER STEAK >> 1 cauliflower yields approx 3 “steaks” Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower Olive oil Kosher salt (table salt or sea salt or whatever you have) Pepper Chopped handful of parsley (optional) © Disney Take 1 head of cauliflower and clean off all leaves from the bottom. Cut off the stalk, so that it’s flush with the rest of the cauliflower body. Take the cauliflower and place on its side so that the stalk is in front of you horizontally. Take a sharp knife and cut the cauliflower through its body, so that you are making crosssections of pieces. Once cut, the stalk is in the middle holding all florets together It’s ok if when cutting, some of the florets come loose, you can roast those pieces later. Once you have all your “steaks” cut, place them on a roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper and chopped parsley if you have, or even like it! Rub the steaks all over on both sides. Heat BBQ / grill on medium/high heat. Place “steaks” on grill and begin to cook approx 3-5 minutes on each side. They should have nice grill marks on both sides. Once all steaks are done, insert a fork to check that they are tender. Place back on roasting tray and cover with foil, sealing all edges. The heat from the steaks sealed in the foil will continue to cook the steaks until they become nice and tender. That’s it! You’re done! So easy you’re laughing!! DisneyJunior.com/ThatsFresh

QRD1113 / QRD1114 Reflective Object Sensor - Fairchild ...

Description The QRD1113 and QRD1114 reflective sensors consist of an infrared emitting diode and an NPN silicon phototransistor mounted side by side in a black plastic housing. The on-axis radiation of the emitter and the on-axis response of the detector are both perpendicular to the face of the QRD1113 and QRD1114. The phototransistor responds to radiation emitted from the diode only when a reflective object or surface is in the field of view of the detector. Integrated Circuit FM Receiver using Bipolar Linear ... - Working Group

Even if FM radio broadcasting is a fundamental means of communication, it can’t escape one of the big trends in electronics today: miniaturization. As mobile communication devices are gaining more and more functionalities, people still want to have the option of listening to FM radio on their smart phones or MP3 players. This can only be achieved through the miniaturization of the FM reception process by implementing all its functions into a microchip. This miniaturization process is widely used in the industry, but has not been explored in depth by undergraduate students. In order to appreciate the complexity of such a task, we decided to design an FM receiver in a microchip. To make the project more interesting, we chose to create a user interface facilitating its use.

Merico (Rico) Fantigrossi retired from the United States Marine Corps in November of 1991, after serving his country honorably in both war and peace for over twenty-six years. Upon his retirement, he returned to his hometown-Rochester, New York. While waiting for an opportunity in law enforcement, he took a position as an automobile salesman for Gabrielle Ford, in Churchville, New York, a suburb of Rochester. What began as a temporary job, soon developed into a permanent and very successful career. Rico consistently rose to the top of the sales team in sales, gross per unit, customer satisfaction, and both repeat and referral business. After eighteen successful months as a salesman, he moved rapidly in the dealership, from deal closer and assistant manager to desk manager and back-up F&I manager.
