The Shearin Group Leadership Training Tips for Maximizing your Client Service

Eric P. Bloom: 6 tips on maximizing your staff’s client service As a manager, never forget the importance of teaching and emphasizing the importance of client service to your staff. I was in Washington, D.C., for the second time in three weeks to provide training to a client. On my first trip to Washington, I was able to stay at a Marriot Fairfield Inn right next door to my client’s office. For the second trip, however, I was forced to stay at a hotel about three miles away because there was a convention in town and my hotel of choice was filled.

Scirj Study on the Physico Chemical Characteristics of Groundwater in Michika Town and Environs Northeastern Nigeria

An attempt to understand the water quality of Michika towns and Environs was carried out under the water quality index (WQI). Physico-chemical parameters of 15 water samples collected from both Hand-dug wells and Boreholes were determined using standard procedures. The values of WQI have been affected by concentration of dissolved Ca++, Fe++, and Cl- in the water samples. The value ranges from 54.89 – 99.02 in the hand dug wells which indicate poor to very poor quality except Ghuzukwi. But all the value range for borehole sources indicates a good status with WQI range of 22.99 – 26.76. The quality of water sampled from well were not suitable for human consumption without proper treatment. Model average representations of each parameter for the area are also presented.

Tumor node metastasis (TNM) staging classification for ... - SAPYCC

The tumor node metastasis (TNM) staging system for breast cancer is an internationally accepted system used to determine the disease stage. This disease stage is a measure of the extent of disease, which is used to guide management and determine prognosis. The 7th edition of the TNM staging system and the evidence supporting it are described here (table 1). The 6th edition of the TNM staging system is included for comparison (table 2). The initial evaluation, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of breast cancer are reviewed elsewhere. (See "An overview of breast cancer and treatment for early stage disease" and "Initial staging work-up for women with a diagnosis of breast cancer" and "Clinical decisions in systemic adjuvant therapy for early breast cancer".) TNM STAGING SYSTEM — The tumor node metastasis (TNM) staging system for breast cancer is based upon a retrospective analysis of survival in diverse samples of patients representing all stages of disease. It reflects the clinical evaluation methods and treatments that are applied to the particular study population. Periodic revisions are necessary because advanced imaging techniques and treatments evolve and impact survival. The 7th edition of the TNM staging system is the most recent version (table 1) [1]. It replaces the 6th edition of the TNM staging system (table 2) [2]. REVISIONS IN BREAST CANCER STAGING — Observed survival rates for 211,645 breast cancer cases diagnosed in years 2001-2002 and entered into the National Cancer Data Base (Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons and the American Cancer Society) were used to reevaluate the prognostic value of the TNM descriptors.
