Delaware Higher Education Office As part of the Delaware Department of Education, the Delaware Higher Education Office (DHEO) works to ensure that postsecondary education is accessible and affordable for Delaware residents by providing information and financial assistance to students and their families. We administer 23 state-sponsored financial aid programs, which include grants, scholarships, regional contracts, and professional incentive programs. Last year, 2,114 Delaware residents were awarded $4,252,800 through these programs. As a member of the Southern Regional Education board, Delaware is able to provide additional tuition savings for its residents through the Academic Common Market (ACM), a tuition-savings agreement among 15 southern states. ACM students attending college last year saved an average of $12,800 in tuition costs, totaling more than $1,340,000 in savings for the year. Since joining SREB in 1998, Delaware families have saved over $11,600,000 through the ACM program. To increase educational opportunities for Delawareans, DHEO works with state officials to develop new financial assistance programs. Twenty programs have been introduced since 1997: • Academic Common Market • Critical Need Scholarship • Delaware College Investment Plan • Delaware Institute for Dental Education & Research (DIDER) / Temple University Partnership • Delaware SEED Scholarship Program • Delaware State Loan Repayment Plan for Health Professionals • Delaware Teacher Corps • Democracy Project D.C. Fellows Program • Michael C. Ferguson Achievement Award • Governor’s Education Grant for Working Adults • Governor’s Education Grant for Unemployed Adults • Charles L. Hebner Memorial Scholarship • Inspire Scholarship • Legislative Essay Scholarship • State University of New York Maritime College Regional Partnership • National Board for Professional Teaching Standards Loan • Nursing Education Retention Scholarship • The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars • Veterinary Medicine Contract Program, Oklahoma State University • Veterinary Medicine Contract Program, University of Georgia DHEO also serves as the state’s clearinghouse for postsecondary data and research. Data is collected on enrollment, financial aid, finance, and trends to meet state and federal mandates, regional contractual agreements, and national data...

Made in the U.S.A. All of our harnesses are hand assembled in the U.S.A. Correct Color Wires Our harnesses always match the original factory color codes and gauge sizes. We use U.S.A. made Cross Linked Polyethylene type GXL wire which is much more tolerant to heat than the original PVC type GPT wire that was used from the factory. Dip Soldered (when applicable) All terminals are dip soldered (when applicable) to limit resistance loss. Correct Connectors & Terminals With over 300,000 connectors and terminals in stock you can be sure the harness you receive will look identical to the original. 1 WIRE IGNITION Correct Non-Adhesive & Cloth Tapes All harnesses are wrapped with the correct non-adhesive or cloth woven tapes to assure a 100% factory appearance. Technical Support We don't expect our customers to be “wiring-wizards”, you can call us direct with any technical questions you may have. Custom Modifications Custom modifications are available to allow you to convert from an external regulated alternator to an internal regulated alternator. This modification is available for most '63 and up GM cars and trucks. We can also convert many of our engine harnesses to work with H.E.I. distributors and electric chokes. Our modifications retain the factory appearance. Call our Customer Service Department for more details.
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE INSTALLING. 1. You should always disconnect the battery, negative lead first, before working on the ignition system. When you are done reconnect the battery installing the positive lead first. 2. The drive gear installed on this distributor is melonized and therefore compatible with flat tappet or hydraulic roller camshafts. If it is to be installed with a mechanical roller camshaft, a bronze or other such compatible gear for the 0.500” shaft will need to be purchased and installed. HOW TO INSTALL THE DISTRIBUTOR 1. If the distributor to be replaced has not already been removed from the engine, remove its cap. Do not remove the spark plug wires at this time. 2. Crank the engine slowly until the rotor blade aims at a fixed point on the engine or firewall. Note this point for future reference. 3. Unplug all external connectors coming from the distributor. 4. Now put the existing cap back on and note and mark which spark plug wire the rotor (blade) is pointing at. Then number the wires according to cylinder and remove the wires. If in doubt you can leave the wires connected to the old cap and transfer them to the new cap and distributor later in the process (see point # 9).

The vehicle should be properly equipped and prepared as described below. The information contained in this bulletin supplements the Owner’s Manual. Please provide a copy of this bulletin to customers that want to dinghy tow their truck. Towing Set Up Procedure Notice: Use extra care whenever towing another vehicle. Recreational/Dinghy tow basic setup procedures Four wheel drive pick-ups with a two speed transfer case (that have a neutral and a 4 low position): 1. Tow only in forward direction. Position the vehicle to be towed behind the towing vehicle. 2. Securely attach the vehicle to the tow vehicle. 3.
